Protocol Tracker

From the Daily log on the Today tab (1–5 ratings). Hover or tap a day for details; dots under the axis mark days with notes.

Counts doses marked done since each vial was opened (set in Compounds → “Opened a new vial today”). “Days left” projects at the current phase's cadence.

Add BAC water slowly down the vial wall onto the powder — don't blast the cake. Swirl gently, never shake. Clear/colorless when done; discard if cloudy or particulate. Refrigerate 2–8 °C after mixing. Keep each compound in its own syringe — never combine. Rotate sites (belly, thighs, sides).

Front and back views. Blue = SubQ (peptides — pinch fat, 45°). Red = IM/deep (oils like TRT — 90°). Rotate through the numbered spots; alternate left/right sides.

The Today tab suggests the next site in rotation (dashed chip, shown as “→ site”). Tap the chip to cycle through options, then log the dose to lock it in and advance the rotation.

Keep each compound at least a couple inches from the last spot, and don't reuse the same site two days running. Oils and aqueous peptides always stay in separate syringes.

Downloads a .ics file with the next 90 days pre-filled — every day already contains that day's exact compounds, units, and rotation sites. Two events per day: 8:30am plan, 9pm tomorrow-preview, each with an alarm. Open the file to import into Apple/Google Calendar.

This is the guaranteed backstop — calendar alerts fire even when the app is closed, unlike in-app notifications.

Day 1 drives every compound's phases, except compounds with their own start date.

In-app notifications need the PWA installed to your home screen (Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen), then opened from that icon.
